Control Point Safety Consulting LLC provides practical occupational safety and health support to businesses that need experienced safety leadership without necessarily hiring a full-time safety professional.

Founder
Founder and Principal Safety Consultant
Robert Hodor founded Control Point Safety Consulting with a simple objective: help organizations protect their people while building safety programs that actually work in the field.
After more than 20 years of United States Navy service, Robert has led personnel and operations in environments where accountability, risk management, procedural compliance, and attention to detail are essential.
His experience includes occupational safety, hazardous operations, ammunition and explosives safety, quality assurance, inspections, mishap prevention, workforce training, program management, and senior enlisted leadership.
Control Point Safety Consulting brings that same operational mindset to civilian workplaces. The focus is not simply finding violations. It is identifying the problem, explaining the risk, developing a practical corrective action, and helping the organization prevent the problem from happening again.

Travel is available depending on project scope and client requirements.
